Registration for the counselling process of the Assam CEE exam was begun on 3rd July 2023 in online mode. After the counselling process, the candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their merits. The counselling process will have several rounds and so the seat allotments. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their availability, cutoff, and other required criteria. Preferences for the Assam CEE First Round seats will be given to the candidate on the basis of seats, reservation criteria, and ranks of the candidates. Assam CEE Second seat allotment will be declared online on 4th August 2023.

The candidates will log in through their registered ID on the official website to check their Assam CEE seat allotment results. The candidates must confirm their seats for the admission process through online mode within the final date. After the seat confirmation, the candidates will report to the college for further admission process. The admission will be done only after the payment of the admission fee and document authentication. The following documents listed below must be carried by the student for the admission process.

1. Class 10th and 12th marksheet
2. Class 10th and 12th passing out certificate
3. Migration/Transfer certificate
4. Identity card ( Aadhar card etc)
5. Caste certificate if applicable
6. Provincial letter for seat allotment
7. Admit card for CEE exam
8. Domicile as residential proof
9. Passport size photo
10. Any other authentic document if applicable.

The candidates will log in with their credentials on the official login portal to check out their seat allotment results. Further, they need to confirm their seats to proceed one more step towards admission.

• Search the official website of Assam CEE i.e, www.astu.ac.in and visit its home page
• On the home page, click on the student’s login portal
• The login portal will get opened, now fill in your registered ID credentials
• The seat allotment page will open
• Accept the seat and upload the part-A on the portal
• Now download the seat allotment letter and print it
• Check verification by the institute
• At last, download the admission slip.
