Bihar Agriculture University has released an official notification for the recruitment of 82 non-teaching posts. Interested applicants can go through the notification and fill out the form accordingly. The offline recruitment form is presently available on the BAU official webpage. Eligible aspirants can fill out the form and post it at the official address by the 4th of September. Bihar AU Non-Teaching 2023 Recruitment Eligibility

Applicants qualified for the post are permitted to fill up the application form. The criteria which make the applicant eligible are simplified below.

• Applicants must be citizens of India and residents of Bihar State.
• Applicants minimum age must be 18 years and the category-wise maximum age is provided below:
  • Male General Category: 37 years
  • Female/Other Backward Class/Extreme Backward Class: 40 Years
  • SC/ST: 42 years
• The post-wise educational qualifications are presented below:
  • Assistant Comptroller: Minimum 55% marks in Commerce or MBA from an accredited institute.
  • Assistant Registrar: Postgraduate with at least 55% marks.
  • Lab Assistant: Must have passed the 10th standard and meet the physical standard set by the recruitment body. Applicants must know cycling for the respective post. Female applicants are exempted from the cycling criteria.
  • Forester: 12th Standard from Science Stream from a recognized board.
  • Photographer and Videographer: Must have graduated from a recognized photography or videography institute.
  • Personal Assistant/Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree and 100 words per minute(m.p.a). Applicants must have computer literacy.
  • Office Superintendent: Graduate with any relevant degree.
  • Lower Class Clerk: Must have passed 12th Standard and holds the computer DCA course. The typing speed in Hindi must be 25 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m in English.
  • Technical Assistant/Form Manager: Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry from the UGC-affiliated University.
