Bihar Vidhan Sabha 2023 Security Guard Selection Procedure

The selection for the Bihar Vidhan Sabha 2023 Security Guard is done in two processes. The candidates have to undergo the written exam and the physical test. After clearing both the phases the candidates will be selected on the basis of the merit list. The merit list will be prepared according to the total marks the candidate will earn. Those candidates who do not achieve even 30% marks in the Preliminary Exam will be considered failed. Let us understand the Security Guard 2023 Selection Procedure in detail.

1. Preliminary Examination: In the written exam the candidates will get the OMR sheet to fill in the answers. The exam will be completely MCQ based. The exam will be held for 2 hours and a total of 100 questions will be asked. 50 questions each from Mathematics and General Studies (10th level) will be asked. For every right answer, 1 mark will be allotted. There is no provision for negative marking.
2. Physical Efficiency Test: On the basis of the marks obtained in the preliminary test, the candidates will be called for the physical efficiency test. This test will be conducted on the basis of the running competition. The result will be considered as per the rules i.e. 1.6 km in 6 minutes for men and 1 km in 6 minutes for women. Any candidate taking more time than the time decided will be disqualified.
