Eligibility Criteria for FCI Category 3 Recruitment 2022
The minimum age to apply for the recruitment is 18 years. The various other eligibility criteria for all 8 posts are mentioned below:
- J.E (Civil Engineering)
- The applicant must not be older than 28 years old.
- The applicants must have a degree in civil engineering or a diploma in civil engineering with 1-year of experience.
2. J.E. (Electrical Mechanical Engineering)
- The applicant must not be older than 28 years old
- The applicant must have a degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of experience.
3. Steno. Grade-II
- The applicant must not be older than 25 years old.
- The applicants must have a graduation degree with a typing speed of 40 W.PM and 80 W.P.M in English typing and shorthand respectively.
4. AG- III (General)
- The applicant must not be older than 27 years old
- The applicant must have a graduate degree from a recognized institution and should have proficiency in the use of computers
5. AG- III (Accounts)
- The applicant must not be older than 27 years old
- The applicant must have a B. Com certificate from a recognized institution
6. AG- III (Technical)
- The applicant must not be older than 27 years old
- The applicant must have done a BSc. (Agriculture)/ BSc. (Botany, Zoology, Bio-technology, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science)/ B. Tech/ BE in Food Science or Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture Engineering/ Bio-Technology from an institution approved by AICTE.
- The applicant must have proficiency in the use of computers.
7. AG- III (Depot)
- The applicant must not be older than 27 years old
- The applicants must have a graduate degree from a recognized institution and must be proficient in the use of computers
8. AG- III (Hindi)
- The applicant must not be older than 28 years old
- The applicant must have a graduation degree from a recognized institution with Hindi as a major subject.
- The applicant should be proficient in both Hindi and English
- The applicant must have a typing speed of 30 W.P.M in Hindi

How to apply for FCI Category 3 Recruitment 2022?
The applicants who fulfill the above-mentioned eligibility criteria can apply for the post of their choice. The step-by-step process of applying for recruitment is provided below. The applicants can go through the process and follow it to apply for recruitment.
- In order to apply for the recruitment, the applicants first need to open the official website of FCI.
- Now, the applicants should look for the relevant link for FCI Category 3 Recruitment 2022 on the homepage of the website.
- After clicking on the link, the applicants need to register for the recruitment by entering the details like their names, mobile numbers, and email ids. A registration number and password will be generated and sent to them through email and SMS.
- Now, the applicants have to proceed with the registration process by logging in with the generated login details and uploading the asked documents including a passport-size photograph and an image of the signature.
- The applicants should now check if all the details entered are correct and if the documents are properly uploaded.

- The applicants should make sure the mobile number and email address they enter in the form stay active throughout the recruitment process.
- If the applicants are not able to fill out the form at that instance, they should save the details they have entered for now and fill the form later on
- Applicants must upload the photograph and signature image according to the specifications provided by the authority. The image should be recent and should have a light background and the signature should be done on white paper with black ink
- The applicants must check if the application fee is submitted successfully or not.
FCI Category 3 Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
The selection process for the recruitment consists of an online test which is conducted in two phases. The phase one exam will be the same for all 8 posts, the exam is 100 marks and has questions from 4 distinct subjects. For the phase II exam, the examination pattern is different for different posts. The applicants successfully clearing all the rounds of the selection process for their respective posts have to go through document verification rounds before their final recruitment for the post.
