Selection Criteria

The criteria for selecting the candidates is purely based on merit. The merit will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and scored marks. In other words, the authority will give 30% weightage to ITI-scored marks and the remaining weightage will be given to the 10th-scored marks. For non-ITI background candidates, 100% weightage will be given to the scored marks of 10th. Furthermore, an additional bonus of 10 marks will be provided to the HCL/KCC current employees’ dependents. In case, there is a tie in the merit list then the authority will give preference to the older employee.
