The IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment Selection Process includes three selection stages for all the posts. First of all the candidates will go through the prelims exam which is qualifying in nature. After passing the prelims exam, there will be a mains exam for professional knowledge in the relevant field. The exam syllabus and patterns are different for various posts.
