Required Documents

The applicants must make sure that they already have prepared the following document before filing for the application. The documents must be scanned in high definition for the best quality. The informative content must be readable after uploading the documents. The documents will be uploaded in a two-stage process. The secondary stage will be for those applicants who will pass Stage I.
