• If a candidate manages to achieve his/her first choice of college as the allotted college in that scenario, the candidate needs to join the college in the allotted time duration after the allotment of the seat. If not, in that case, the candidate will not be considered for the further allotment process.
• If during the allotment a candidate manages to land a seat which is not the first choice of the candidate as far as the college goes but the candidate is satisfied with the college, in that case, the candidate can join the allotted college and cancel the further process of counselling.
• If during the allotment the candidate landed a seat in a college but he/she doesn’t want to join in that case the candidate can make his/her documents verified and wait for the next Higher option. The candidate needs to join in the end if he/she isn’t able to land a seat in the higher option.
• It is suggested to all candidate who has a valid candidature to attend spot admissions if there is any.

How to check Kerala Polytechnic 1st Seat Allotment Result?

The procedure to see the allotment result of the Kerala Polytechnic which will be available on the official website of the Department of Technical Education is below. The step-by-step process is:-

• Step1:- Go to the “Department of Technical Education” official website which is in the Key Links.
• Step2:- After reaching the official site, just below the HOME option there are multiple live links and one of those links is CHECK YOUR ALLOTMENT. Click on that.
• Step3:- As the candidate clicks on that, it will take the candidate to a different page where the candidate needs to enter his/her Application No./One-time Register No./ Mobile No(any one of these) and followed by the date of birth of the candidate.
• Step4:- After the login, the allotment slip will open which has several details along with the detail of the allotted college.

Process after the Kerala Poly 1st Seat Allotment Result

As the general process of any entrance examination of any course, the general rule of thumb is to go for admission to the allotted college after the allotment of the seat. In this case as well after the release of the seat allotment slip the candidate needs to go to the allotted college within the given time period to secure his/her admission to that college with the desired things which have already been in the prospectus.

• Printout of the allotment letter of the institution.
• The required fee. It is in the prospectus.
• All required documents(original).
  • Aadhar Card, SSLC/ THSLC or the examination of equal stature.
  • Mark sheet of VHSE for the VHSR reservation.
  • Birth certificate of the candidate.
  • The certificate proves the candidate is Keralite.
  • Certificate to prove the community of the candidate.
  • Disability certificate(If any).
  • Income certificate.

Note:- The college will check the document on its level and if there is any misinformation that is put into the document to take the illegal benefit, in that case, the candidate’s seat which was allotted will be cancelled and the candidate will be restricted from further seat allotment process.
