To appear for the common entrance test for the concerned law course, the fulfilment of the following eligibility criteria is compulsory. No application form will be acceptable to the authority from any ineligible applicant.
- Nationality: The application form for the Common Entrance Test will only be filled out by applicants who are Indian nationals.
- Educational Qualifications: The minimum required qualification for the entrance test is a graduate degree in any discipline.
- For UR applicants it is compulsory to score 45% marks in their concerned degree.
- Whereas for reserved categories of SC and ST of Maharashtra, the required marks in the concerned degree are 40%. 42% marks are required from VJNT, SBC and OBC applicants of Maharashtra.

MAH LAW CET 2023
The MAH LAW CET 2023 for 3-year LLB Courses will be organized across various exam centres on 2 and 3 May 2023.
