From 9th June 2023, the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) began accepting registrations for the first round of NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling. For the crucial time of NCHM JEE Counselling 2023, the officials have set a pattern, which the candidates are required to follow for getting themselves registered for admission in HM and CT courses. The candidates can follow these NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling Steps to Apply for Registration Online by reading the steps mentioned below.

1. Visit the NCHMCT JEE Counselling webpage at nchmcounselling.nic.in
2. Select the ‘NCHM 2023′: Registration and Choice Filling’ tab.
3. Select the ‘New Candidate Registration’ tab.
4. ‘I Agree’ should be chosen.
5. as indicated on the screen, enter your roll number, password, and security pin.
6. The ‘Sign in’ button should be clicked.
7. Complete the NCHMCT JEE selection process.

NCHM Joint Entrance Examination 2023 Seat Allotment: Important Guidelines

1. Registration: This process is only available online. In order to be considered for the first and second rounds of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling, all eligible candidates must be prepared for the process. For NCHM JEE Counselling 2023, only the credentials they provided during the application process would be utilised.
2. Choice Locking: Filling out and locking your choices is a requirement for registered candidates. The first and second rounds of allocation will take these preferences into account. Candidates may change their choices online and then lock them again in round two of the NCHMCT JEE counselling process in 2023. Order of preference should be used while selecting options.
3. Seat Allotment via Online Process: Seats will be offered to qualifying candidates based on their AIR, category, preferences, and seat availability during the online seat allocation process. They will have access to the seat allocation results online.
4. Reporting the following seat assignment and payment of fees: Those who will be assigned a seat must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 20,000 online only. Candidates must go through the document verification process, which will also be conducted online, after paying the cost. No physical reporting is permitted for the payment and verification of documents. In order to participate in the third and final round of NCHM JEE Counselling 2023, candidates do not need to pay a seat acceptance fee again if they have already paid the money in the first or second round of counselling and a seat has been assigned. If the candidate has not been allotted the seat but the fees have been given by the candidate then no fees will be taken again by the candidate in respect of seat allotment in other rounds.
5. Withdrawal and refunds: Candidates have the option of withdrawing from their assigned seats and requesting refunds. After receiving the necessary documentation and deducting Rs. 2000, the reimbursement of the seat allocation charge will only be processed. Only the internet gateway can be used for withdrawals.
