The male candidates will strictly comply with the following NEET dress code for males 2023:

  • The candidates will wear proper clothing for the exam. For instance, wearing a kurta pyjama is not appropriate.
  • Wearing long sleeves is strictly prohibited. Moreover, focus more on wearing light clothes. Do not wear clothes that have too many pockets or are baggy.
  • Avoid wearing watches that have heavy dials. In addition, wearing jewelry and metal items is not allowed.

The female candidates will strictly comply with the following NEET dress code for females 2023:

  • Similar to the male candidates, the females are not allowed to wear long-sleeved clothes as well. Moreover, avoid clothes with decorative fabric. For example, embroidery, sequin work etc.
  • As for footwear, avoid shoes and opt for sandals, slippers or sandals with low heels.
  • Do not wear any metal items and jewellery such as earrings, nose rings, pendants etc.

In addition, the authority will not ask you to remove any article of clothing that is related to your religion. However, report early at the NTA NEET UG exam centre. For this purpose, you have to report an hour before the last reporting time which is 12:30 PM.
