NMMS Result 2023: Every year the Science Branch of the Directorate of Education (DOE), Delhi organize the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Exam for the students studying in class 8th at Govt./Aided schools. Many states have already conducted the NMMS exam 2022 and are all prepared the launch the NMMS result and the remaining states will soon conduct the NMMS exam for class 8th residents. NMMS Result 2023

All those applicants who appeared in the exam can check their nmms results either by entering the login credential or simply by clicking on the result link. The examination body will not send the hard copy of the result/scorecard personally to the applicant who qualified the exam. NMMS 2023 Answer Key

After the successful conduction of the exam, the state will release the provisional answer key on their personal SCERT’s official website. With the help of the provisional answer key, the candidates will get information about the total number of correct and incorrect answers marked by them in the answer scripts and make a rough estimate about the marks they can score. While examining the answer key, if any candidate comes across any mistake in the answer key then they hold full right to raise objections against that particular question/answer.

Objections against NMMS Answer Key

To apply for the objections, candidates have to submit an objection form filled in a precise format along with the objection fee (if asked) and legitimate evidence on the basis of which you are raising objections. The applicant should be smart enough to submit the objection form before the last date, if they failed to do so then their objection form will not be accepted by the authorities.

After the submission of the objection forms, the panel will cross-check the answer scripts and a few days after completion of the verification process the final answer key will be posted on the state SCERT’s website in the form of a pdf file.

NMMS Scholarship 2023 Cut-Off Marks

As per the official notification, all those applicants who appeared in the exam have to score the cut-off marks decide by the organization. If they failed to score the cut-off marks then they won’t be eligible to get the scholarship amount decided by the ministry. The category-wise cut-off marks details are given below:

The list of elements on the basis of which the NMMS cut-off marks will be prepared are: the total number of applicants who sat in the exam, marks scored by applicants, marking pattern and tie-breaking criteria.

Process to check NMMS result/scorecard 2023

• Start the process by visiting your state SCERT’s official website.
• On the main page of the portal, the link for ‘NMMS Result 2023’ will be available.
• Select that link and the login page will get open.
• Fill in the sections with the details demanded and then click on the ‘Login’ box.
• A new web page will be providing you with the details about your respective NMMS result/scorecard.
• Once you get sure that all the details mentioned inside the result are correct then download it in the pdf format.

NMMS Result Post-Procedure

The candidates who’ll be shortlisted will be called for the ‘Documents Verification’ round in which their documents will be verified by the authorities. After the completion of DV rounds, those whose names will be available in the selected student’s list have to open a personal bank account and give its details to the authorities. Every month the ministry will transfer ₹1,000 to the candidate’s bank account.
