Sainik School Counselling 2023: Round 1 of the counselling started on 6th March 2023 at 16:00 P.M. Students who have cleared the AISSEE exam can apply for the counselling. In this process, candidates need to register themselves and select the preference for the appropriate schools by the 13th of March 2023. Shortlisted candidates can browse the mes.ncog.gov.in portal and fill out the AISSAC 2023 Form.

Candidates who don’t want to register themselves in the first round of Sainik School Counselling 2023 can wait for round 2. Sainik School Counselling 2023 Registration

After the written examination for Class VIth and XIth, the counselling process for the allotment of the schools has been started. There will be multiple rounds of Sainik School Counselling 2023 in which all the seats for admission will be allocated by the authorities. In the counselling process, all the documents of the selected candidates will be verified and the allotment of schools will be done. On the basis of the AISSEE marks and their preference the allotment of schools will be decided.

Candidates participating in the AISSAC Counselling 2023 need to carry respective documents for verification. If the candidate is unable to present any of the documents then that candidate will be disqualified from the round 1 counselling. Sainik School Class VIth and XIth Counselling 2023 Procedure

Sainik School Class VIth and XIth Counselling start with registration in the official portal. Candidates who want to participate in Round 1 of the counselling can register themselves. In the registration form, candidates need to select the choice of preference of the listed schools which will be kept in mind in the counselling process. In the counselling, seats will be allocated to the students accordingly.

Candidates who are unsatisfied with the allotted school can reject the seat and reapproach the AISSAC 2023 Counselling next round. The next round of counselling will be conducted for candidates who have not gotten any seats allotted to them and for the candidates who did not participate earlier. Candidates who registered in the first round need not to register again. The registration will be done only for fresh candidates. Afterwards, the counselling procedure will be the same as round one.

AISSAC 2023 Counselling Registration Process

Candidates can commence the AISSAC 2023 Counselling Registration Process now. The process for the online counselling procedure is explained below in brief points. These points should be followed to fill out the form for the Round 1 counselling.

1. Navigate the All India Sainik School Admission Counselling portal: https://pesa.ncog.gov.in.
2. Enter your AISSEE Application number and verify the account.
3. Candidates will receive an OTP in the registered email id and Phone number. Enter your application.
4. Now set your new password and register yourself.
5. After the registration, sign in to the account by providing the username and its new password.
6. Fill out the AISSEE counselling form with the utmost care.
7. Select the appropriate preference of the school.
8. Submit the application form.
9. Print the counselling form for future reference.

Sainik School 2023 Seat Allotment

In the Sainik School 2023 Seat Allotment procedure few parameters will be checked by the authorities. Firstly, their marks in the written examination. Secondly their school preference and lastly the number of seats in the respective school. If all these parameters are aligned equally then that candidate will be specified to their preferred school. There are 33 Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools to which students will get admission.

In the AISSAC 2023 Seat Allotment procedure, 40% of seats are allotted to students who have been ranked under the All India Merit List. The remaining 60% of seats are allocated to the students of the approved New Sainik School. Such selection will be according to the school-wise merit list. For both criteria of seats, no domicile or category reservation will be considered.

All India Sainik School Admission Counselling 2023 Post Process

Candidates who clear the Sainik School Counselling will be called for Physical Cum Medical Test. The school administration conducts these tests for the selected students. In this test, the doctors will examine the selected candidates’ physical health. Candidates who fulfil the physical criteria will be permitted to be admitted to the school. After admission, they can proceed with their classes accordingly.

Candidates who have not participated in Round 1 AISSAC 2023 Counselling or are unsatisfied with the allotted school can participate in Round 2. The procedure of Round 2 is the same as Round 1 and this will continue till all the seats are filled by the authorities.
