The Telangana Government has come up with a unique initiative in which they will be providing nutritious breakfast to the govt school students. In Telangana Chief Minister Breakfast Scheme 2023, class 1st to 10th students will first receive breakfast in the school and other school proceedings will follow. This scheme will cover 28,000 Government Schools in which 23 Lakh Students will receive a nutritious breakfast. This scheme will commence on the 24th of October 2023.
The Finance Minister, Education Minister, Information and Public Relations Minister launched the scheme in the Zilla Parishad High School in Raviryala in Ranga Reddy district. All the ministers relished food along with the govt school students in the launch of the scheme. The other benefit of CM Breakfast scheme are discussed in this article.
Telangana Chief Minister Breakfast Scheme 2023
The Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao was greatly inspired by Tamil Nadu’s ongoing scheme. In TN, 1 to 5 Standard students are provided breakfast and a mid-day meal. In the same manner, the Telangana Government will be providing breakfast and mid-day meals covering all the 119 constituencies. The Education Minister, Ms. Sabitha Indra Reddy, realised that many students came to school without breakfast. This has become one of the important reasons for the launch of the TS CM Breakfast Scheme 2023.
