• The students will not receive any kind of hard copy of the result, he/she needs to download the same from the site.
• If somehow any candidate manages to fail the Diploma examination. In that case, the candidate needs to go through the supplementary process to apply for the Re-examination.
• The candidate can pay the fee for photocopy & re-valuation by Debit Card/ Credit Card or by Net Banking.
• It is important for the candidate to insert the valid Email id and Mobile No while filling out the application for re-valuation. The result of the re-evaluation will be informed to the candidate by mail or by SMS.
• If the marks of the candidate change after the re-evaluation process. In that case, the SBTET will refund the fee of the candidate of the subject within 2 months from the release date of the Re-evaluation result.

There are two things a candidate can do after the declaration of the SBTET Polytechnic Odd/Even Sem Result 2023. He/She can either accept the result or can go for either Photocopy or a Re-evaluation process. Details regarding the Photocopy and Re-evaluation are mentioned below.

1. Photocopy

In it, the candidate can get a photocopy of the checked answer scripts and check their performance. The student needs to pay Rs. 700/- per subject for the photocopy. If the candidate wants he/she can apply this for all subjects.

2. Re-evaluation

If the candidate goes for the re-evaluation process, in this case, the candidate’s answer sheet will recheck from the start without considering the previous marks. The candidate can apply this for all the subjects if he wants to. The fee for the re-evaluation is Rs. 3,500/- per subject.
