Candidates for the UGC NET 2023 June Registration should carefully choose whether they are applying for “Assistant Professor” or “Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor” on the application form. Applicants who only meet the requirements for an Assistant Professor will not be given consideration for the JRF seats. Aspirants who meet the requirements for the JRF seats are also qualified for the seat of Assistant Professor and they can also pursue research in their PG field of study or one that is closely related. यूजीसी नेट 2023 Eligibility

Candidates applying for the application form must fulfil all the criteria which are set by the officials. The application will not be accepted by the authorities if any of the criteria do not meet the official requirements. The list of the यूजीसी नेट 2023 Eligibility requirements is given below.

• Applicants must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in their Postgraduation from an accredited University or Institution.
• Candidates taking the last year of a postgraduate programme or an equivalent test may also apply.

UGC-NET Application Fees 2023

The UGC-NET Application Fees 2023 is divided into three categories and the fee relaxation is provided to the reserved category and third genders. ugcnet.nta.nic.in June 2023 Test Format

The ugcnet.nta.nic.in June 2023 Test Format consists of a 3 hours Computer Based Test (CBT) divided into two parts. Part A comprises 50 questions of 100 marks in which the candidate’s Teaching and Research Aptitude is tested. In Part B, Subject specific 100 questions are given to the applicants. The medium language of the exam will be Hindi and English. The syllabus of the examination can be downloaded from the UGC website. In the Online test, candidates will receive 2 marks for each correct response and no marks will be subtracted for the wrong answer. Since there is no deductible marking, aspirants must select the closest choice as the correct response.
