1. First and foremost the candidate needs to go to the official website of UP NEET, which is upneet.gov.in.
   
2. At the official portal just below the logo, there are multiple options. The candidate needs to take the cursor at counselling and then click on the Counselling Result(MD/MS).
   
3. Now on the following page, the candidate first needs to select the course. Then the candidate needs to enter Roll no then NEET Application Number and then click GET RESULT.
4. The UP NEET PG 2023 College Allotment Letter will appear on the following page.

• If a candidate doesn’t want to take the admission after checking the Uttar Pradesh NEET PG Seat Allotment Result. In that case, the security fee of the candidate will be forfeited. He/she has to deposit security money again to participate in the 2nd round of counselling.
• If a candidate takes the admission and then resigns from the admission within the date of the second round of counselling. In that case, the candidate will get a refund as per government rules.
